Christian, junior chef, brings a modern influence to the kitchen thanks to his many years of experience in European Michelin-starred kitchens. Together with his team, he will spoil you with new interpretations of regional and seasonal products. Of course, you will also find our home-made Bavarian and Swabian specialities and classic dishes on our menu.
Our guests get to know the speciality and different styles of our kitchen throughout the year with different events like a gourmet menu event, seasonal specialities as well as tailor made menus for different occasions. Our chefs will also be happy to create such a highlight for your event.
